I am Shkeya Bellfield, an ANCC-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Walden University in August 2021. My expertise lies in psychiatric mental health, and I am licensed to practice in multiple states, including UT, IA, AZ, FL, WA, NM, MA, VA, GA, MA, NJ, and NY.

Dr. Shkeya Bellfield brings over 13 years of nursing experience and 3+ years as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with clinical expertise spanning inpatient units, crisis centers, correctional facilities, outpatient psychiatry, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). She currently holds 15+ active nurse practitioner licenses across multiple states and multiple DEA registrations, enabling Greater Minds of America to provide multi-state telepsychiatry coverage at scale.
Throughout her career, Dr. Bellfield has contributed to the care of thousands of patients across diverse populations, developing a deep understanding of high-acuity psychiatric care, rapid stabilization, and the operational challenges facilities face—particularly during nights and weekends when resources are most limited.

You can conveniently schedule your appointments online, communicate with your provider through the patient portal, and receive appointment reminders while receiving care through telehealth.
To access appointment times you must create an account. The instructions are there if you have concerns. If you are utilizing insurance just create an account and upload the insurance information. All required payments will be sent via email for any required payment before the appointment.
How Do I Know if GMOA is Right for Me?

How do I know if they are accepting my insurance?
The insurance we accept is Georgia Medicaid/PeachCare For Kids, ChampVA, Cigna, Aetna, Optum, Anthem BCBS, Tricare West, Tricare East OON, CareSource, and Medicare.
